• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• 2-3 years of “Concur Testing” experience in Concur
• 1-2 years of experience in Concur Project coordination work
• Positive & energetic individual that has a passion and interest in educating
• Regular meetings with the SJM U.S. Concur team to discuss Organizational Changes, System Enhancements and changes to production environment.
• Test and coordinate Concur Expense Enhancements as prioritized by the Manager
• Interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements needed.
• Perform analysis to determine impact to system changes and current system configuration and development needs changes.
• Create business requirements documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents.
• Work with the business to design and document the system modifications.
• Work with Concur team members to research system issues and present viable solutions.
• Execute and manage multiple enhancements as assigned.
• Maintain excellent communication regarding project status and priorities with Manager, tracking of tasks, schedule, dependencies and success criteria.
