Understands the capabilities and constraints of SharePoint Platform
Have knowledge about SharePoint 2013 out of box functionalities, 3rd Party Tools & Possible Customization to offer alternatives to customer as necessary.
Understands the high level business objective and analyze/document the requirements (BRS) for SharePoint development team
Fair understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, content types and their respective applicability to sites, site collections and SharePoint solutions.
Conducts the research to obtain required information, be it Technical team, application owner OR others
Document Application Profiles (Documentation, Presentation)) & FSD (Documentation, Presentation) through self-research or collaboration with respective teams.
For change requirements; Elicits, documents and validates information from business experts used to produce project deliverable.
Should have involved in SP 32013 tool based and manual migration planning, data validation post migration and helping the business to validate the migrated contents.
Hands-on experience in data validation using the reports generated by the migration tools
•Requirement Walk through and Estimation:
Provides walk through of the documented requirements to associated stakeholders (SMEs and Client BA team) along with needful support in prioritization and estimation
Represent business unit’s needs to the project team and coordinate back to business area for clarifications
Assist the project to have common understanding of the end deliverable to meet the business need
Act as a Primary liaison between the Client Business Analyst team, application owners and the technical development and support teams.
To document, manage and resolve clarifications across the development lifecycle
