Network Operations - Service Deliverable
The service consists of monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system administration services for voice and/or data networks. Networking devices components and parameters are monitored on a proactive basis. Telecom links are managed in addition to the devices through coordination with various telecom vendors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support in order to ensure a high degree of Customer Satisfaction through SLA & Process Compliance. The emphasis would be on skills like

Proxy In cloud – Zscaler
Proxy Technologies (Bluecoat, Cisco)
Basics of security and Networking
Fundamentals of TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, PAC Scripts
Hands-on experience in implementation, troubleshooting & administration of Proxy servers and firewalls
Technologies like Bluecoat , Cisco WSA ironport, Squid
Troubleshooting skills or Good knowledge on Load Balancer (Big IP F5)
Strong in multiple OS - Win2K/ Solaris/Linux
Understanding of any ticket driven process.
