"Develop, alongside segment sales, business leaders and product sponsor, an integrated sales and marketing strategy for SPDR Gold Shares ETF. • Initiate needed research to inform strategy development, and ensure all relevant data and metrics are analyzed and available • Oversee implementation of tactics across print, media and digital communications; and manage budgets accordingly. • Proactively raise ideas for marketing programs and best practices. • Maintain deep understanding of each segment’s sales model, support needs, and competitive landscape – including competitive best practices. • Maintain and communicate the status—including obstacles, deliverables and project progression—around a variety of project plans in support of current initiatives. • Provide Senior Marketing leadership and sales management with reporting metrics on all initiatives/programs/projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with at least 10 years of marketing experience; 5+ years of this experience should be either in financial product marketing or capital markets/trading marketing and services. • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and formulation of marketing strategy and robust programs • Strong program and project management skills are paramount to the success of this role • Ability to juggle, prioritize and balance competing goals, projects and personalities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise briefs, as well as review/direct Client approved content. • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated empathy and ability to communicate with institutional and capital markets sales staff. • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel."
