• Functional Knowledge/ Technical Knowledge.
• Delivery / Channels/Portals/Processes (Alhambra) Contact Center Intermediate.
• Languages: English Advanced (C1-C2) / Spanish Advanced (C1-C2).
• Integration Mix (technical & functional) Intermediate.

• End to end support for software projects delivery within IVR and Contact.
• Center Scope:
• Functional support to project definition.
• Technical and functional software solutions shakedown.
• Issues analysis and resolution.
• Contact Center technology experience (Genesys, Nortel, Avaya).
• Web technologies: JAVA, REST, SOAP, javascript, html.
• Technical tools experience: database like tools (TOA), soap like tools (SOAPui), development like tools (Eclipse, Netbeans)."
