• Manage and communicate expectations with the business and within IT
• Collaborate with business units and developers to create requirements
• Coordinate with business teams to design, develop, and launch redesigned/new projects and enhancements
• Utilize web analytics/web trends to identify improvement opportunities, implement actionable changes, uncover digital insights, and monitor results
• Very strong analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and create clear, actionable requirements
• Ability to represent information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language
• Experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong writing skills to communicate information effectively to managers, varying business units, and technical staff
• Strong interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as business owners, project managers, and software developers)
• Strong interviewing skills to speak with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential business problems and solutions
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in MIS, IT, or Business)
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Exhibits creativity and is solutions-oriented
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong ability to multitask
• Experienced in developing and managing project development with both internal and external business units
• Ability to present and communicate ideas to business and technical peers
• Desire to work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working on a variety of innovative digital solutions

Knowledge Needed:
• 2+ years of hands-on analysis, documentation of requirements, functional design, and working with business processes
• Have knowledge and experience with usability and wireframes
• Interest in and knowledge of digital market trends, emerging technology, and innovations
• Experience with web programming languages a plus
• Insurance industry knowledge a plus, to have credibility with user representatives and be able to work effectively with them
• Experience with Content Management Systems desired (experience with Tridion a plus)
• Working knowledge of Information Services project management methodologies
• SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and HTML a plus
• Understanding of social media and uses within a business context
• Experience with mobile solutions a plus

• Facilitate workshops and creative brainstorms with business and internal teams
• Help to define and develop the online marketing experience based on research, analytics, and usability. Define and manage digital business goals and requirements in clear, unambiguous, and concise manner
• Work with the business department(s) to verify business requirements and work with IT to create the technical scope documenting implementation metrics
• Implement requirements in Content Management System and engage development resources when necessary
• Manage and follow-up on all related tasks and provide feedback to participating parties/vendors
• Create simple mock-ups of desired functionality
