We are looking for an experienced Basis Admin to join our team of highly skilled an motivated engineers, creating the next generation of Billing & Payments platforms for client. In addition to strong Basis Skills, we are looking for someone that has experience in integrating SAP systems with technologies such as Tomcat, Automic, Web Methods, and others. This individual should be a good team player and be able to work well with both SAP and non-SAP technologists to help build, maintain, and extend our Billing as a Service Platform to meet the needs of the business while creating reliable, scalable, and flexible landscapes.
Responsibilities that the resource will be responsible for?
• Transport Request Management
• Regular Maintenance
• SAP Upgrades and Note Application
• Landscape Design
• Landscape Installation
• Disaster Recovery Maintenance
• Network and Hardware troubleshooting
• Performance Tuning
• Performance Monitoring
What are the three must have skills you are looking for?
• 8+ years of experience in Basis
• 10+ years of Technical Experience
• Experience installing a complete landscape
• Experience in Performance Monitoring
• Experience in Capacity Planning
What are the soft skills that you believe candidates must possess to be successful in this position?
• Good communication
• Presentation skill a plus
What is your interview process?
• 1st Interview: 30 minute phone screen by myself
• 2nd Interview: 30 minute sessions with up to 3 of my team members for in depth technical screening
• 3rd Interview: 1 hour with some of our leadership for a cultural fit review
