Develop PRDs.Manage PRD scope and track future requirements. Work with the eBay and PayPal Business Units to review and refine As-Is, business processes, and to define and document, To-Be business processes related to the Project. Identify issues related to manual business processes, system requirements or reports that are either not in the Project’s current scope or entail changes to scoped requirements. Communicate new or revised system, tool, or report requirements to the eBay Product Management and Product Development teams.
Responsibilities that the resource will be responsible for:
• Business requirement definition (BRD and User Stories) for Affiliate Network administration platform
• Platform is used by many business functions/users including Customer Support, Account Management, Finance, Fraud Detection and other business functions of EPN/Traffic.
• Features include payment, publisher lifecycle management and CRM, customer support queues (possible integration into Salesforce)
• Sprint planning and status/tracking to leadership team.
• Documentation, training, configuration, and technical support for customers
• Able to translate requirements, prioritize features into a roadmap, and design business workflows for complex business functions.
• Familiarity or design/rollout with large CRM platforms
• Familiarity of internet marketing, advertising, or affiliate marketing is ideal.
