Resource Requirement: Production Support Analyst & Problem Manager
• Primarily responsible for Application Support and Problem Management.
• Accountable for Incident Analysis, RCA, Resolution, and Reporting.
• Representing Clients production support team.
• Work closely with current onshore and offshore client team.
• Responsible for moderating client meetings and communication as and when needed.
• Expected to prepare various report to clients management.
• Work closely with the AD team on the PRs and CRs design.
• Reporting and working closely with onshore AD SME and Architect on issues.
• Working and coordinating with vendor / production team.
• IBM Remedy iDesk, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Retail Domain (Preferred).
• 50% Problem Management.
• 40% Incident Analysis & Resolution.
• 10% Change Management.
• Most of the client communication and reporting.
• Moderating Weekly/Monthly status call with client.
• Effective communication within team.
• In time reporting to client Management or supervisor.
