•Should have extensive hands on experience of implementing Allegro product for front office/mid office and back office in NA/ other geographies.
•Demonstrated capabilities configuring, maintaining Allegro product with at least one full cycle implementations.
•Should be able to engage with the client and Allegro Product Vendor to ensure business and technical issues pertaining to the product are addressed completely.
•Should be capable of technically triaging with the custom codes, understand interfaces with Allegro product within the organization ensure that the issues are prevented proactively and fixes are addressed if eventuated with less/no business impact.
•Capable of planning and structuring activities in a steady state environment and take lead in providing support activities.
•Should have excellent communication and client facing experience.
