Must Have Skills (TOP 3 SKILLS) –
8+ years of experience in End-to-End Contact Center and should have strong experience in Google Dialog Flow (GDF)/GCCAI(Google Contact Center artificial Intelligence) development and implementation
Experience in Requirements Gathering/Consulting to use GDF/CCAI Chatbot in Genesys Cloud/Salesforce/Service now agent desktop
Ability to design complex GDF/CCAI call flows with backend API integrations

In the role of Sr. Google Dialog Flow(GDF)/CCAI call flow Developer, you will interface with key stakeholders to gain in depth understanding and apply your proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will play an important role of a Sr. Google Dialog Flow(GDF)/CCAI call flow Developer & Business Analyst responsible for GDF/CCAI call flow Development in integration with Genesys Cloud, Salesforce and Service now. Preferred locations for the positions are anywhere in US-East Coast/Indianapolis.
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
· 8 + years of IT Experience in Contact Center.
· Experience in Genesys cloud for end-to-end contact center including IVR development, End to End Testing and Implementation
· Experience in WFM, Reporting
· Experience in JIRA and Devops tools
Minimum years of experience required: 8 yrs in Contact Center
