"Job Responsibilities:
40% - Daily Operations Support
• Manage EA daily operations queue for inbound inquiries, assess and distribute to respective EA team members
• Administer EA involvement in architecture exceptions management process and provide respective metrics and reporting support
• Execute the process to source EA team members for Solution Architecture Reviews and ensure service level agreements are met
• Support EA tools management – this includes administration, configuration where needed, and acting as a super user to support EA team members as well as other users of EA tools
• Manage catalog of assets as well as the processes regarding publishing and managing life cycles of these documents
• Ensure EA communication channels are current and effective (e.g. facilitation/support of EA Lunch and Learns)
40% - SharePoint Site Management
• Update team structures, permissions, assist with document clean up and archiving, as well as support site re-designs and migration to SharePoint 2013 and/or O365
• Helps with overall web strategy and choices
15% - Miscellaneous Project Support
• Business analyst and/or project coordinator roles supporting various continuous improvement project
• Metrics and reporting specialist to support refreshing existing EA scorecards, dashboards and/or other data management reporting
5% - Miscellaneous Duties as Assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems; OR equivalent experience
• 5 + years of overall IT experience with proven deep experience in a specific area of focus along with general IT knowledge otherwise
• 2 + years of SharePoint experience/exposure to site administration, design and/or development (or other web-based solutions (e.g. html)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven project coordination and business analyst skills and ability to drive for results
• Self-motivated with proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated effective customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results
• Ability to work well with others in team environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven attention to detail and organizational skills
• Highly fluent in English
