Responsible for working with Materials Management and Inventory Services teams to resolve technical and business process related errors.
Evaluates issues and recommends appropriate resolution.
Provides training support.
Helps evaluates new functionality related to quarterly releases and relays that information to the business teams.
Helps to test quarterly release functionality prior to promotion to production.
Participates in testing cycles leading up to go-live.
Assists in hyper-care activities post go-live.
Experience with Oracle Materials Management Cloud Modules, RF Smart Mobile SC
System support experience, preferably with Cloud application
Customer service skills
Data analysis experience
Supply Chain Management (Materials Management) experience
