Technical Skills :
"•Perform workflow design, configuration, development & data loads for ServiceNow platform.
•Perform advanced configuration including setup, administration, business rules, data imports, user interface pages, macros, scripting, workflows, tables, reports, dashboards & third party integrations.
•Provide in-person support daily to end users & IT support staff including VIP & executive staff.
•Maintain knowledge of new versions thru self-learning, attending conferences & training.
•Maintain architecture, design specifications, test cases, & training guides supporting enhancements.
•Perform upgrades & customizations of ServiceNow platform based on guidance from project manager, architect, ITIL practice leads & customers.
•Triage & fix defects found in ServiceNow platform, applications, & workflows.
•Maintain & adhere to source code, configuration, release & software development best practices.
•Develop materials & provide end-user or IT technician training using ServiceNow.
•Perform other duties as required.
•In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Service Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Configuration, Asset, CMDB, Reporting, authentication, mid server, discovery & monitoring.
•Proficient working in fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities & tasks.
•Proficient working independently & demonstrate high technical & customer satisfaction levels.
•At least 5 years of experience designing, configuring, testing, releasing & maintaining custom applications in ServiceNow including business rules, data, user interface pages, macros, scripts, workflows, tables, reports & dashboards.
•At least 5 years of experience creating & maintaining architecture, design specifications, test cases, & training guides supporting ServiceNow enhancements.
•Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
